You can order paper forms directly from the IRS. If the forms are available, they should arrive within 10 business days. You can also call 1-800-829-3676 to request forms by phone.

IRS Forms, Instructions and Publications webpage has all of the forms and instructions that you need to complete your taxes. There is also access to forms and instructions from previous years. You can search in the search box by the type of form you need, such as Child Tax Credit or Rental Property, or by the form's number.
IRS Help webpage includes phone numbers and quick links to more complicated tax situations (e.g. Identity Theft, getting a letter from the IRS, getting a transcript from a previous year, or to check your refund status). There is also a Frequently Asked Questions section.
IRS Where to File webpage includes the Free File service, addresses to send your returns to, and where the IRS would prefer certain forms to be sent.
